What is your refund policy?

We will only offer a refund or exchange of a ticket if an event is cancelled, rescheduled or significantly relocated (and you cannot or do not wish to attend the rescheduled or relocated event), or to the extent otherwise required by law (including the Australian Consumer Law). You must apply for a refund within a reasonable time.

Can I cancel my ticket?

You can cancel your ticket however please note that we do not give refunds (conditional – see above question). You can however opt to designate the ticket as an equity ticket whereby we offer it to those who are on the waiting list. There are other alternatives, such as gifting the ticket to a colleague, friend or family. Contact tiah@interwoven.com if you need to cancel your ticket and a suitable ticket pass-on arrangement will be made.

Do you offer bulk ticket purchase discounts?

Unfortunately, unless otherwise advertised to sell out tickets closer to the Summit dates, bulk ticket purchases are not an option. However you do have the option of buying tickets in bulk, i.e multiple tickets in one category.

Do you offer student discounts?

Yes, we do provide discounted tickets for students. Student ID will be checked at each registration desk. See the important information in the student tickets section above for more detail.

Do I need to bring a printed ticket?

We scan and/or check your ticket confirmation email at the registration desk. You may choose to bring a printed ticket, however due to the electronic ticket system, it is not a requirement.

Are we assigned Summit Seats?

No, Summit seats are not assigned. Your ticket (whichever category you chose that includes a Summit Seat) reserves a seat but does not assign you one. There are no seating arrangements for Summit attendees. You may choose to sit wherever is comfortable and where you have no issue viewing the stage and/or any text presented on the projector.

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

Yes the venue is equipped with multiple lifts and there are access ramps to enter the building. If you have any particular accessibility concerns (sensory, sight, physical etc..), please send us an email at hi@interwoven.com. We will assist you as best we can.

Is there parking available?

Parking is available however due to the central location of the venue in Brisbane, parking costs vary and can be expensive. There is paid public parking near the venue.

Is there public transport available?

Since the venue is centrally located, the public transport hubs frequently provide numerous bus and train routes to Southbank, Brisbane. Please visit Translink to plan your public transport route . The station names for bus, train and ferry options is Southbank.
